Reasoning capabilities in Thing in.
It allows to build new pieces of knowledge from data stored in Thing in or produced by external sources using rule based inferencing, and possibly injects them in Thing in knowledge graph.

• Cost : This tool (enabler), is delivered "as is" and is free to use acording to Thing in ’s CGU.
